How do I track the status of my order?
After payment confirmation, you will receive a message via the email address registered during the purchase with the tracking code for your order. You can also track your order directly in our customer area on the website.
Does Zerifo offer free and insured shipping?
Yes! We offer free and insured shipping to all regions of Europe. You can check this information when you complete your purchase.
What if I don't like the product?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, don't worry! You have up to 14 days after receipt to request a return and refund, as provided for in art. 9 inc. 2 of the Directive. Simply contact our customer service team and we will proceed with the return process quickly and easily.
My tracking code is invalid, what do I do?
Don't worry! Sometimes it can take a few days for the tracking code to update in the shipping system, especially when our products are shipped from factories in different countries. Also, the code only becomes valid at the post office once the product has arrived in its destination country. This is normal and does not mean there is a problem with your order. If the code is still invalid after a few days, please contact our support team who will closely monitor the process and make sure you have all the necessary information.
My order is delayed, what should I do?
Delays are rare, but don't worry! Our priority is you, and we are here to offer all the support you need. Our team monitors the shipment daily to ensure that everything is on time. If the delay exceeds 30 business days from the final date of the expected delivery period, as per our shipping and use terms, we will refund 100% of the amount paid. We are ready to resolve any situation and ensure your peace of mind!
I purchased more than one product, but only received one. What happened?
Don’t worry! Some of our products are manufactured in different locations around the world, which may result in them being shipped separately. When this happens, you will receive two or more tracking numbers to track each shipment. All items will arrive to you, and we’ll be here to make sure everything goes smoothly during the process.
